Our History

Founded in the beginning of the 1990's, Curtainsider Inc operated as a division of Bay-Lynx Manufacturing Inc. It moved out on October 1, 2014 as an individual company, headed by Jim Kranendonk.

Jim has been with Curtainsider Inc for over 20 years.  He started on the floor manufacturing Curtainsider® systems, progressed to a production manager, and continued to a sales manager role at Bay-Lynx Manufacturing. Currently the president of Curtainsider Inc, Jim brings with him a strong knowledge base of the transport industry, as well as a passion for innovation and growth.

Curtainsider Inc was recently relocated from Brantford to a larger, brand-new facility in Paris during January 2019 and continues to grow as a company.
